To get the brain, on the sacrifice level you the devil guy and fling one of his parts, not the head! under the small space near the ??? mega skull thing at the end, the ??? skull will take fire damage, and once he is dead, you unlock the brain, after you guys skull is destroyed, a brain will take its place, you get points for damaging it,
