Somethig is wrong with teh 2nd Quest. I finished it to reach Level 150 and went to next Location. There it was instantly green. Requirment was 170 an it showed 150/170. I could finish this stage at Level 150 withount additional Levelin. Next Stage was nealry thesame. Level II was green with Level 150 while requirment was Level 190. It showe150/170. I could complee this Level at 150 as well. ext Level didnt Show up green now. Bute requrments state 210 but Progress Shows 150/200. Somwhere there is a bug...
