There's rare cases where the tutorial gets stuck at a certain stage if there is a disconnect in the middle of an action - however it usually auto fixes itself.
I did just take a quick look into your account and wasn't able to reproduce the tutorial error. I assume it is fixed but if not feel free to PM me with steps that lead to it. -Ray
