@titan get the rainbow star upgrade, and have your plane upgraded to 4 feul bars, then , use the rainbow stars and keep holding down your feul. thats how i did it anyways
piple: to answer your "all monsters dead question", you do not need to have all of them dead. ive had may incidents were ive had 2 or more enemies left and ive won.
