I'm having this weird glitch where I have exactly 168 fiberglass but can't build an energy transmitter even though it says I need 168 fiberglass
It happens. All shown numbers rounded down, so it could be like: next emitter price is 168.8 fiberglass, and you have 168.4, or something like this.
