I agree, this needs a sound mute. I was listening to something else, and I would have played this had mute been available. However those beeps are really loud and annoying.
It's not a dektop td ripoff. It has some nice features that make it unique. The combining towers is pretty cool. I love combining 4 rate of fire towers to reduce the reload time of all towers surrounding it to 1. It gets ridiculous with the slow aoe towers.
This was pretty fun. I had played the first one and this met my expectations as a sequal. With a decent story and a cute ending, I enjoyed the game every step of the way!
Although story-wise it makes sense that technology will stay with you between levels, it kinda makes the game too easy(I played on normal btw) since you can spend some extra time building up tech early on, and everything becomes a breeze from then on.
Otherwise this is really fun, and I would love if there was another, with maybe a smidge higher fps and game pace.

Now seriously. I used to play Runescape. And I had done a lot. I had gotten into the higher levels. I had a huge total skill number. I had done nearly all of the quests. And I had explored almost all of the world. Runescape has it's merits. But the immaturity of many of it's players(no fault to Jajex there) and the monotony of leveling skills(totally Jajex's fault) make it a game that I can no longer play.
In short it was eating my soul. I play WOW now. :)
