Can't click any TP upgrades in tier 1 after getting Perma Special I. The two above it (I've already got Splitshot maxed) just grayed out. If it's intentional....why?
great game! small complaint: farm expansions (mainly the last one) aren't nearly as useful as they should be, because the area that you can reach while standing next to the shop is large enough that you can continuously stand there and plant/harvest premiums while occasionally feeding the ogre. maybe make it so if you get range upgrades you can interact with the shop from farther away as well? i just want the bottom right corner to not be neglected :x
I will take note of that for the sequel I'll make for Gimme Potato. I don't intend for it to have upgrades to increase farm size. The difficulty of the game and the strategy will not be forced by a restricted play area. Will do my best for no corner whatsoever to be neglected! xD
While doing C9 it becomes very useful to use scientific notation. The dimensions going top to bottom have initial buy 10x costs 1e2, 1e3, 1e5, 1e7, 1e10, 1e14, 1e19 and 1e25 and step increment costs of x1e3,x1e4,x1e5,x1e6,x1e8,x1e10,x1e12 and x1e15 respectively. This allows you to see very clearly when the prices of two dimensions are going to collide.
Crit training can actually be idled, as when the poison/trap mark shows up you don't have to do anything. I know it's slow but it helps somewhat. Same goes for guarding with the stars/occasionally blocking apples.
Poison is your friend when you're only against one AI, as it basically disables a barrack or tower. Don't use them on labs though and use one of the other two on them instead, as they're usually steadily supplied with troops and cannot generate units on its own.
The badges are still not working because the developer never released his fixed v1.03 (notice that on the main menu at the top right corner it says V1.02 still).
For all the badges, the other levels are so easy compared to E that they're basically nothing.. Might as well change the requirements to 'Complete level E in mouse/keyboard mode"...
In survival mode, there is a gate at each interval of 1000+250n meters, n being the number of the gate. Just a warning that right before the distance required for the badge-24750m-there is a gate. So don't get ahead of yourself and lose your speed at anytime during your survival runs.
You can only choose 2 out of 4.
