I would strongly recommend a discrete chat specifically so that one clan can speak to other clan members. I would also want to know if it is possible to put a voice chat into the game for people to collaberate.
In order to make it worth it, the clan leader skill tree would apply to all officer,lieutenants, and the leader. There is only one leader so the leader skills will not even be used.
Tell me about it, if you have read hydroplane's comment about the promo weapons, I must say that i completely agree that there should be a few "Promo free" servers.
In the Clan Skills, Leader I,II,and III should apply to members ranked "Officer" and higher. Because there is one leader for the entire clan so the skills are VERY impractical.
One of the thing i dont like about the game is the fact that you can't customize your own mods. What if you want a silencer that does less damage but is EVEN quieter. Or what if you want a GRENADE LAUNCHER. :) And what would you do if you wanted a red dot sight on and RFB and not a 4x zoom optic. Custom mods would take out a part of the devs money-making potential but this would be a great improvment.
