Giving money for training rather than racing is a weird idea. It makes energy and money completely pointless, and makes the whole thing a dull, repetitive sequence of 'Train to max, watch 6 boring races. Train to max, watch 6 boring races'.
Well made and pretty to look at, but this definitely needs to be a lot more difficult. There's absolutely no sense of urgency or pressure, just an endless stream of medkits and an obscenely effective pistol.
The present in obstacle-thing didn't strike me as that much of a problem, really. Jumping sorts it out, and if not for the way it looks when a present is inside a boat, I would have taken it to be intentional.
Nice graphics and very smooth controls. But zero variation in enemy movements makes for uninteresting gameplay, and those weird text snippets popping up when you shoot something make no sense. 'Just fog'? What? 'Scatter'?
There I was, spamming left clicks, when suddenly the game locked up and stopped spawning enemy cars. Can't move, can't smooch. The driving animation is still running though, so I guess it's just me and my baby now, on an eternal seafront highway, for ever and ever.
