The filter in this game is one of the worst I've seen. Kongregate is an age 13+ site. The filter is not sparing anyone, just frustrating them. You can't say "saturday" "grape" "to keep" "free xp" "gives us experience" and many, MANY other harmless phrases. If you want to make this game enjoyable, your first big step would be to remove or at least optimize your filter.
When kicking people from a guild, the "transfer leadership" button is right next to the "kick" button, both with a simple "are you sure" prompt. It wouldn't be improbable for a guild leader to accidentally transfer leadership to an inactive person with the way that interface is set up.
