There is a glitch in level 23 which is why it took me so long. You can put the Hat on after the "spotmaker" but the image doesn't change, so it looks like just the "spotmaker" is active. Other than that I thought it was a neat game. As others have said, the levels don't seem to be organized from easiest to hardest. Also, there are several puzzles which use the same rules of logic making them rather easy.
