Takumashii, that would be Guillotine Blade, not really an instant kill per say, it just does massive damage.

coliolio, use the mana spell, as as well as increasing your mana it also increases the score multiplier. Also sending levels early will increase your score faster. Don't really worry about glowing frame scores until you are able to max out your high level gems. then it becomes real easy.
