If I have to have an extra window open every time just to run this game idle, then it is not an ideal idle game for me, but just annoying. Otherwise, I find the approach quite ok, there can still be something out of it. Would be better if you could incorporate this feature should also be in your interest, if you want to entertain potential players longer.

So I can not get any further. I am in area 31, my income is forfeited as units start to get stuck over time. From 2k / s to 1k / s etc. I've learned that by restarting the game you can reset your income, but sometimes you lose any money you've spent on investing, or lose all of the money you earned in the past minutes / hours. Say saving every 30 seconds works only every 2nd to 3rd time. You have to move on to the next area to get a safe savegame.
