Having the mouse move the camera and the direction your facing makes it a little difficult to move. Perhaps the camera could be adjusted with the arrow keys?
Here is the link the the walkthrough if anyone wants it. These games aren't bad, but the BOTD has become so oversaturated with them that they are less enjoyable each time. There are hundreds of medium and easy badged games on the site, and I wish they were cycled through better. https://medieval-cop.fandom.com/wiki/My_Best_First_Worst_Day_Ever#Walkthrough
Not a bad game. It certainly has a lot of potential. There is too much filler though. You should have confidence in your ability to deliver a quality experience that is shorter, instead of stretching it out.
Interesting concept with a lot of potential, but it feels like you are relying too much on filler when you could be making a really good game that's just shorter. There are long drags where you can't control the character, and just have to click through the dialogue boxes. The final chase scene also felt gratuitous. A detective game where you click around the scene, and then have the use the clues to pick the right options at the end is really cool, it just needs more polish. Don't feel like you have to drag things out to make the game longer. Trust that you can make a meaningful experience that is also shorter
