it would be cool if you could upgrade the virus into a pulse wave that never misses and it could cost 200000 dollars. but then you would have to limit the wave to stop once it has infected at least 15 people, and it can be upgraded to 2:infects 30 people, 3:infects 50 people, and 4: infects 100 people. You'll dominate the world in seconds once you fully upgraded it. By the way, FBI and special agents are immune to this. Good.
Tselinoyarsk is hard cause its one of the locations where the cold war happened. plus it's because it's in soviet territory and scorpion SMGs are made there.
