@derricklanders Nah mate. You can reliably pass every level of the game using every weapon type and specialization, just need to place them properly and know when to get them.
I got 24 stars, all on hard, using at least one of each specialization (when available) (mostly because I like to use everything the game has to offer rather than going for the most effective strategy), except for the last one since Javelins are really a waste of money there, as the TOWs do the job better and cheaper, since tehre's no heavy armor. Had to redo 3 missions I think, where I got only 2 stars in the first attempt.
In the last mission, both mortars were key to deal with the infantry, the machineguns were amazing meatshields, and the snipers had a monstrous aim, being really effective.
If someone is having problems with achievment 136. Waltzing Ma (press ~), change your keyboard to american, and press the button left o 1, under "esc", above tab. Hope this helps!
We really need some sort of auto equipment. It doesn't take long for the game to be basically you looking for the right equipment in your inventory. But still, a very promising game, good job! Looking forward for how this will turn out
I mean, how am I supposed to scan all foes when I killed all of Protector's (Ruins boss) Runes before I could scan them all? Or am I dumb and they're in some other fight?
