I find that most fights last two rounds at the most and even boss fights don't go on for more than four.. The longest fight I was in took two minutes, but that was only because I needed a pee break.
Once you get to around level 20, the game holds no opposition. You can feed your pet as much stat food as you can afford in one sitting and easily max out your stats. Choosing Redzilla and just going pure power and dex makes for easy one shots. Plus the game can't really keep track of any triple digit numbers, it can't even show me how many wins I have anymore. One last thing; whenever you sell an item, rather than giving you 1/2 the money as it shows, it still gives you the full item value back.
