Interesting concept, and one I hope to see more of. You know what I'd suggest? Have usable words turn red or something when the heroine is standing over them. It's a chore pressing DOWN over every word just to see which ones I can use, and at first I didn't figure out that "holy grail" counted as two separate words, not one.
