the problem about the input lag seems not to be solved, at least for me. I usually play with an increased window size if this helps.
well, we fixed it as much as we could, the rest is probably a mixture of pc performance and human perception. Believe me, it was worse :P

Really a nice game, I've added it to my favotites. Though it feels a little unpolished, with the overlaping dark places on fading, no review mode, lock, etc. I'm looking forward to the next version :)
