The "Throw Away" button should NOT be in the same place as the "Finish Order" button (whether or not there's a slip in the active window). Also, you should be able to skip the reaction scene if it burns precious baking time. A very fun game though!

There's no way back to the main menu from the "Game Over" screen. Sound is also kind of a big deal. Still, this is pretty good for being your first game! The gameplay is quite fun! Good show!
