It would be nice if the items required to complete 'Quests' were a little more in line with the level and rate of advancement of your workers. Quests could be a great tool for supporting and guiding development of your shop & staff. Instead, the required items are typically so far out that it typically is not worth grinding through it when you can just trade for the individual pieces from high level people instead.
Please display a total $/second value. Later in the game after things have slowed down it would make things a lot easier when I'm trying to estimate whether it is worth waiting for resetting
