I really enjoyed this as a tactics-focused RTS, with free, limited units- the only cost of a death is time (which is of course quite costly). I would say adding too many more types of units, or anything that takes the focus off making what you have, which is more or less exactly what the enemy has, interact with the enemy and environment as well as possible is unique and the best characteristic of the game. If this were to be redone, I would focus on more graceful controls, my smoke screened shot gunners should be able to throw a gosh darn fire grenade before the smoke clears! Definitely voted 5 stars for uniqueness and genuine enjoyability.
I enjoyed that immensely! It doesn't need to be hard or long, it told a darn good story, and I loved it. Please keep on making games, they make me happy.
I think perhaps the friend and you were childhood friends who grew apart during life, you following the traditional life and your friend staying in childish, which made him lonely but still happy.
An excellent and unique game. I appreciate the attention to detail, but would like to see more focus put on tactical items such as wind direction, as well as more crew and ship options. However, an excellent game overall, 5/5.
I wish the kred-required content was free, of course, but I'm glad there is a larger incentive for developers to make awesome games for me to waste time on. Also, I wish there was quality control also, but awesome game.
I'm not sure if the nightmares were intended to be a major part of the game, but I do not enjoy them and have yet to win one. Personally, I'd prefer the difficulty to be nerfed for the nightmares. Otherwise, first rate game! I especially enjoy the wittiness with which it is delivered.
When you buy a turret, you have to click and drag from the 'buy' button.
Also, first rate game, would love to see a more involved version with more units and whatnot.
