You can find it in the twelfth dimension,gravity ,when you pass the second or third room you well see an area filled with delta blocks and enemies trying to stop you from crossing it.all you need to do i use your delta blocks to get the tallest position on the first delta power block(sorry if the naming makes it confusing).after that just hold shift and you will see that there is more area to place you delta blocks.just continue climbing upward and you will see a man selling the weapon which i switched out for my amethyst sword,the lightning rod.it’s just a longer version of the spark staff,the final attack in the volley of sparks shot out by the final boss.hope this clears up any confusion in my previous comment.
