we should be able to use items. *if you add it to the game*.
Like perks, say...
Bullet increase damge by 5% or
Health has been increased by 5%.
Though i think this wouldn't be fair, but some could be tempoary and some could be permanent. Thumbs up if you think this is a good idea.
