I'm not sure how hard you got it set to, but Liches deal AoE damage, making them ideal to taking out large numbers of weaker soldiers if you manage to group them up a little. I played as Deathknight, but as far as I understand the other classes get other last units then red dragon thingy, which might be better suite for this(not tried them).
Anyone mind telling me how I get new cards? :3 I'm max level and going to attempt the last castle now, and I have 3 spells and 7 units in total >< seems quite low considering the amount of units there seems to be in total:3
