Sorry for that, it's Kongregate issue with not working saves for some peoples (PlayerPref in Unity), we will try to fix it. What browser do you use? How long you played?

any bonuses with restart?
All of the 6 achievements stay (items bought, etc.), also each Wonder provide a permanent 'legacy' bonus that you only get after you restart.
