Can you imagine joining the army after they held out against tanks, juggernauts, helicopters, jet packs and thousands of men for over 30 days and they hand you a freaking sword and send you to attack the front door? uh... Hell no
I was really annoyed with the Barmese unlock having to wait almost 24 hours to get the badges done. Till the next day it just dawned on me that I could have just change the computer's clock date. *facepalm*
To help with the hard badge, start out the early months by working on only 4 chars and using all your gold to get new students and turning around and graduating them right away, this should give you alot of leeway for fame, once you get a few char to 30 you can you work on a new student, and always keep one high level in the party to do all the work, if the others die it doesn't matter they'll still get their LP. 2 level 30s is all you need to win the tourny which will grant 3k lp and 300 fame. just keep buying and selling students and upgrade your weps slowly.

Last boss is Tough, Use Pulse at max! There are 4 patterns but for all of them try to stay on the far right side directly under the needle slanted left below the tip of it after every wave move back under. When Missiles come move right and go down to the bottom of the screen and move left and to the top area. 2nd wave of missiles move down across the screen to the right and back up than repeat
Fish Net chain as it starts move down to the opening and slowly glide left and than back right.
For the "invisible bullets" there will be glowing lights coming out of the needles, move away from under them and repeat,
last pattern is a wave of bullets from under the position you started under the needle get in between the diamond barrage and than strife left to avoid the following barrage and repeat.
This worked for me, but it will take a bit of practice and familiarization of the patterns to get it down, YOU WILL GET HIT and frustrated but keep at it!
