Having the CHARLSEing recruit give so much money seems to defeat the purpose of any other recruit giving money. Plus, if you rank it up without having a big stash of money, leveling it up is very slow. Why have such an income gap?
Greatest game I have played in a long time! Only bad part was when I beat it - now I'm sad. Guess I'll have to go play something not as good like MW2. :(
On the safe/bat "money making" games, it'd be nice if we could easily and quickly replay the level without having to go back through the menu. Save a little time when earning some money. :)
Sweet game, just wish there was more to it. Though I do respect the fact that this is more of a short story than a "upgrade" game. But with just a bit of work, you could create a spin-off of this game like that which I am sure plenty will love. :)
There should be a limit to the bonus for coming back - some people out there (like boszka) are going to be using auto-refresh plugins for their browsers, wasting tons of bandwidth to cheat out a little extra money. It doesn't gain them much, but it is just a waste of resources (especially on the Kong side). To discourage this, please only give the login bonus even few minutes. :)
Know what would make this game even better? Add a stupidly-strong boss at the end that can only be beat with an incredible amount of luck. Oh wait, you already did that...
Made it to about 17000 ft before I finally decided that no, this game doesn't end. At least it gave me enough money to buy the 20k skull skin... which doesn't seem to do much of anything special (no surprise).
Great game. Fun and original. But some of those levels were more hard than annoying - namely the hot wire level. Was a nice idea, but you really should have made the "maze" on that level much shorter... or at least decrease the movement speed while holding the wire.
Tons of minor flaws ruin what could be a great game. 1. Micro-movement isn't possible, so minor readjustments are annoying to make. 2. Touching a boss = instant death? Weak. Heavy damage would make more sense. Sucks to have the round end because the boss got close to you. 3. Auto-follow/auto-shoot, obviously. 4. Be able to skip dialog. The game seems to progress really, really slow. 5. Better replaying options. 6. Upgrades other options than just "shoot faster" and "more damage".
When you are out of the screen, give some kind of indication to where you are. When your jump gets powerful, its easy to completely lose track of where you are.
Definitely needs to be longer. Also, the bosses need to have less life on their main body. That, or make them harder. After all, if we can survive when they shoot 8+ bullets at us, clearly we can survive against 2.
The 4th level has bugged out on me twice. First time, nothing happened when I cleared the screen (boss sequence didn't trigger?). Second time, I killed everything except for a single zombie who refused to be hurt by any form of attacks. Both times I had to just commit suicide via bombs.
