I saw what Knuffy 2 said and I put the skill Disrupt on my Character so that the Baron had most of the time no Focus. I tried first time lvl 13 and nearlly beat him, I just then trained my crew up to lvl 15 then I beat the Baron.:)

God, that Baron is hard to kill! I think this calls for ALOT of training..:O
