@bruins72 - you can drink by clicking on the pond in the wilderness below your farm. The pond is on the left hand side of the map. There is also food down there
@koseshi I think the problem for you might be that you're zoomed out, try zooming your browser in to 100% and you should see a "start" button at the bottom
Pocket watch isn't the only way to tell time. You can buy/create a clock that you can set into your house and then it won't take up inventory space. There is also a calendar
