Did you even test this game? It feels like it was very rushed in a lot of ways. The backwards shooting mechanics don't work very well, which means you can't "rely" on it to kill enemies. The boss balance is ridiculous, they're not necessarily too hard but they're way too long. Here's a tip: most shmup bosses don't constantly move around like crazy so you can actually hit them. Combined with the randomness of the rooms (enemies spawning on top of me happened more than once, and the randomly exploding green jelly dudes are just bad design overall) I cannot recommend this game to anyone.
Dev promised to make a better double jump, other than that I like the concept. It's a very simple game but it's fine since you don't want to make the player tired of the mechanics. Easily 5/5.
Very enjoyable. Sometimes the S won't work if you spam it a few times, like in the levels with lots of stars near the end. Overall I enjoyed the concept and the game very much, it even reminded me of Super Meat Boy a little (one of my favourite games of all time). Keep up the good work!
This game has many interesting ideas but also many frustrating ones. Falling enemies and off-screen spiders being prime examples of the latter. I played the first half and I have no intention to play more, it's just not fun to die repeatedly to enemies falling from places you can't see.
Yeah, very repetitive game and as mentioned before, most ships aren't really very different. I did like the Sniper though, would've loved to see it a bit earlier. Not even going to bother with >10 waves of repetition.
Very fun and new, but the 'action' puzzles were a bit too annoying to look at and were basically just trial and error if there was too much going on. I liked the puzzle parts a lot though.
Lovest the art a lot, but the gameplay wasn't great. Hitboxes were a bit annoying, and jumping on top of enemies in tight corridors is never fun if it means restarting the whole level. Jumping OVER THEM FOUR TIMES is just infuriating (level 28). Overall, a decent idea, but needs better execution. 3/5
Worsy final stage I've ever seen in a shmup. Where are the cool bosses, massive screen-filling enemies? This one mostly just had those little purple idiots that heve been annoying you since level 20 or so....very stupid.
Other than that, it's an okay game, it gets very repetitive though and it seriously needs bosses and no stupid trial-and-error enemies sneaking up your back and shooting homing stuff. That's just cheap shots.
I had a lot of fun, but it was very repetitive in the mid-game. That and the nature of some skills (COUGHTRADELIFE) can make some battles last forever.
Thanks!
