Was very excited to see another ArmorGames TD.
Sadly this one disappoints, no real strategy, you pretty much can only do things one way to get all the achievements. First time I wont rate an Armor game 4 or 5 out of 5... Sadly this is a 2/5, fun for 10 min then meh
@BLUESUMMER you say "Gold bonus is gold left * 0.3 at end of round. I often finish a round with 100,000+ gold I do not see a point spread of 30,000 What other factors are involved in the gold bonus? with 16,000 gold left at end of round the gold bonus was 12, 174,000 gave me a gold bonus of 37.
So far I am a big fan of this take on the TD genre. I would like to see a few map variations and would also be nice to have more things factor to +/- score
I really look forward to how this game evolves, it has the whimsy of Bloons, so I very much can see it evolving, couple new towers, couple new villains in each generation
As wave go up this game needs to get more difficult, it also needs an option to Auto send next wave, currently at wave 125, and the baddies aren't even getting on my screen before blowing them all up. I'd love to just leave it going and see how high I will get before they finally get through.
I love the damage to the towers! great addition to a TD game, what I don't like it the HP bar doesn't accurately reflect damage, I also don't like that in the second level around wave 22 the tower repairs never went to Zero, I could spend 300 gold repairing a tower that said 3 needed,
Makes maintaining the towers much more difficult once they always will eat your gold with no benefit. I look forward to seeing other maps beyond the first 2, but ultimately if the repair bug continues I'll probably get bored and move on before I'd ever consider paying for extra levels.
level 31... no idea how because I don't know what towers do what, what their cost is, can't sell them, can't upgrade them, don't exactly know where they are being places. Also way to many lives, at level 29 I knew I was not going to last much longer but lived 3 more levels.
AAHH!! Didn't realize my game progress was saved local in my browser. was on my way to finishing "The Night Men Cometh" Badge now I have to start back at the beginning because I deleted all browser data
