Potential. but that's about it. Upgrades should be reset-able, or undo-able at the least. Other than a harsh beating if you select the wrong upgrade the twist on a normal infection game is good.
The way I am seeing the game play out, I only lost the game when I managed to get to over 200 balls. So there is either a very high latency on the endgame conditions, or they arent checked properly/often enough.
Additionally, a shot seems to count as a miss before the balls have stopped moving. often I get the missed shot indicator, even though my shot is still travelling. Again either very high latency or poor condition checking.
Lastly, when a new wave appears, it seems to count this again as a missed shot. I wait for the balls to settle yet during that scene i manage to lose 2-3 shots as well.
All in all a simple design but the implementation does need work. And I used the word balls far too much.

Perhaps a game born from Sim Tower, but even if not, surprisingly catchy and very well done :) Makes a nice change from all the "shoot this - kill that" games.
A Good and fun game. Nice break from the norm and nostalgic with the quake/unreal look to it.
If a level editor is possible, would be an awesome addition.
There are in fact 26 word containing q and x. no more than 3 with same suffix though. qui and exq suffixes (if the latter exists) are your best chances.
Oil Rigs produce only $30 per turn, not $240 - making the last mission that much harder. The Advanced Oil Refineries also do not Produce the $240 stated. This may only affect the last mission. Otherwise Solid Game
