I'd rate this game higher if there were more actions than just searching for a job... What about bank, buying a house, going on dates, random events like "you partied a little too hard last night, and missed work"? Or at least giving this guy/girl weekends off!!!!
They already time out (their name turns gray). The benefit rather than kicking them is that if they come back, then can get back in the game. Note that there is a delay from when the timer runs out to when they actually get timed out. The extra delay is 5 seconds or so. This is just a safety precaution in case someone has a slow internet connection.
What about adding different venues? Starting out as a garage band, riding in a crappy sedan, upgrading to an eventual jet? Random events popping up like a promoter not paying you, a band member's too blitzed to play, flat tire, etc?
This game is the perfect reason why we should be able to rate games 0. Too glitchy, horrible artwork, the only positive thing is the premise.. but everything else mucks that up too much to warrant even giving this game a 1!
