Day 31: I am beginning to have trust issues with Diane. I recently discovered an unscathed rpg in the middle of some wreckage and took it out for a test run. Though I only found 5 rockets during my entire quest to find my wife, Diane begged me to trade weapons with her. How could I resist those sparkly, puppy eyes? Lo and behold, during our fights she fires carefree of ammo consumption and magically never runs out of ammo. I beginning to wonder why she doesnt share ammo with me....
Guys....listen. LightBringer is a fantastic company. They hardly make games because of financial issues and mostly one guy is doing it. And you see the great quality games this guy dishes out! ITS FANTASTIC! We really need to support him on Patreon. So please, click on that developer ad and support the guy!
Thank you very much. Most people don't realize that I'm mostly working alone and this is why I can't dish out 2 games a year, or even why I went for more content but couldn't "afford" to polish it better with Learn to Fly 3. Low resources means less can be done, and you have to really pick what you want to invest into and what to abandon.
Ya know......I dont often go onto Kongregate. Learn to Fly was my childhood along with Potty Racers. Today I am satisfied. I will board that UFO Leafy sent me in the mail and leave earth with a content smile instead of IHE's frowny face
You know, I dont want to be that guy, but I'm going to. Why do you have to eject to go back to Earth? Was the space shuttle not equipped with a U-turn button? So why eject? Why not have all those handy crew members that you can purchase out of thin air attach them to the exterior of the ship? Also, why is there a finely laid path through the asteroids? Does the asteroids have sympathy towards humans and decided to give them a free pass? I call crap on that one especially. If any of you have plaid Asteroid or Freespace 2, you know what I'm talking about. Also, ughghg. The damages of the crew member. Like after every mission they have some serious nonsense injuries. For example, "Oh, your crew came back safely, they just headed to the med bay for a routine checkup of their smashed livers and lasered eyes." REALLY?!?! Why cant they just die off? ALSO WHY ARE THEY'RE STILL PEOPLE ON EARTH!!! I THOUGHT THEY ALL GOT NUKED!
Tip to surviving 10+ minutes in survival mode. First, you spawn in the middle of the map with one agent on both sides. Throw grenades towards both agents to stop them in their tracks. Remember, agents hate grenades. This will give you time to secure the first drop. Second, always go for melee fights. When you melee, the other agents will join in and melee you instead of shooting you from afar. Thus, it is likewise important to secure the fireaxe or sword because later waves come equipped with better weapons. Next, kill them as fast as possible, more waves will spawn in on top of the wave your on. Also, the two barrels at the top of the stairs? Kick one down until its upright, spawn trap one side and wait for the other to come get you. IF you hide behind the barrel, they cant shoot you and will engage in a fisticuff match. This will make you become the ultimate SUPERFIGHTER!!! Leaf a like so that everyone will see it!
You know, I dont think we have our priorities straight. Sure, expanding our town is fine and all, but lets be honest. We need to find a way to cure the awful background noise/static. I would have committed suicide if I had to listen to this while fortifying the mall or killing zombies. Am I right?
"Sir, shouldn't we storm this guy's house with everything we got on day 1?" -Soldier. "Nah, soldier. He is protected by plot armor and I want to give him a fighting chance!" - General
