I'm actually trying to pitch that idea to my "company", but this was just an experiment for a course I had. What I wanted to attempt was making players want to "lose" the game to get a "good" story. :)
I had trouble with the inflexibility of the game. A quick way to win is to spam "astro food" and "escape pod." I finished the game by typing "I want to leave."
Great game but I got stuck at the mine level next to the truck at bottom. What's so bad is that I can't even suicide so the only option I have is to start over. :(
I would like to take the time to say thank you for the mining levels. It makes the game more fun and allows me to earn crystals faster.
A suggestion I have is to add a team function and a team flag whenever a racer gets 1st, 2nd, or 3rd. It will add a cause to the game which will make it more meaningful and fun. BTW, my racer is Slinking. See you guys in game! :)
This game is a sham. I literally walked back and forth just trying to listen for the crow. I had the sound wording enabled. Couple times, I heard the crow and it was centered. I went there and still got lost. Not wasting anymore time in the fog.
Make the amount of loot gained per battle more consistent. I'm getting 0-10 points consistently. I can barely make a living out of this let alone purchase upgrades.
