Well done Entforge. I like how you added a health-bar for the Toaster as well. Now it seems to properly register afflicted knockback and there's no problem killing the piece of toast. Also props on following and remedying players feedback. More gamedevs should do that. ^^b

I forced the game to register every hit as a Critical and managed to kill the toaster. Verdict: Make the last Critical upgrade deal crits 100% of the time, or the toaster becomes a RNG-fest. You just have to redo it again and again to hope for high enough number of crits to be able to kill it...
No matter how many times I try with Max stats, I can't kill the toaster. I even slowed the game down to hit him in the first frame he enters the screen but still no...

Finished Insane mode after finding out that Cthulhu is much like the bird boss. Meaning that the way to kill it is the environmental devices. I really liked that concept, even though just stacking HP and healing made them really easy. On a critical note, few of the Insane mode bosses suffer from too heavy RNG to be enjoyable. Definitely the worst ones are 6, 11, 14 and 16. 6 and 11 force you to move to left and right and while you try to do that, they can fire in a way that blocks your path completely, leaving no choice but to get hit. The bosses can repeat this, so you can't even counter it with a Shield Suit. 14 & 16 can outright flood a portion of the screen pushing you to the side, keeping you there, which will cause you to die to either getting overwhelmed by projectiles (14) or not being able to hit the boss resulting in being stunned and then slain by stray projectiles (16). Overall amazing game, but few tweaks are be in order to make the whole experience much better. 4.5/5
The Insane mode #11 boss is retardedly hard for a completely wrong reason. It wouldn't be a problem if it was just a matter of skill required, but when the fight comes down to RNG, it really takes out of the otherwise great experience. What I'm talking about is the Mech part of the fight. If the Mech spams the slow bullets during its part, you can't avoid them and the actual boss' rapid projectiles while trying to hit the boss because they surround you with literally no way out. At first I thought that my build was wrong, so I tried the boss out with almost all combinations. Very high health, all-out damage, even the suits with heal and shield... Finally I beat the boss flawlessly with pure damage in an attempt where the Mech didn't fire those slow bullets. Go figure... But seriously, that boss is too RNG-heavy to actually plan the fight out. I suggest making the Mech rotate a set pattern of attacks, instead of pulling from a pool, so that you can take the boss out with strategy.

@vgbcyy I didn't have 2 seconds to think about the right answer. As soon as I finished reading I felt sad when it occurred to me.

This game seems to play huge homage to Knytt. Also, the controls are really tight so props on that. Way too short IMO, but otherwise amazing performance.

The first one "Robot wants kitty" was much superior to this sequel. While in the first one your skills allowed you to breeze through the game, this sequel requires you to wait for the enemy patterns to line up to be able to pass. Or rely blindly on luck for the kitty to lead the enemy away, instead of running right at you.

Got all the achievements back in 2010. But I reckon the game is so fun I'll have to play it through again, 100%.

The second boss is unbelievably cheap on the Fool difficulty. Winning or losing the said boss is completely luck dependent, because if you evade any attacks, it procs your Blink and you can't use it's 10% crit to burst down the boss on its second form...

You've got to be shitting me. The game is hard for the wrong reason. You don't make a SHADOW the difference. Especially in a game like this, where the shadow doesn't even show from the background! I had to turn my monitor brightness all the way to full and tilt it to almost 45 degree angle to see the shadows.

The shortest game I've played this year. However I think it was the most consistent game also. Very good concept, the puzzles could've been bit harder though. As we are talking about a cube, one unraveled with only single "Z" turn is the easiest one to work with, and the game used the shape quite a lot.

Wow. This game is so bad. You warp to the next multiverse the instant an enemy arrow hits you.

>Medium: 2000 kills with 10 bullets Are you f#cking kidding me? It's all based on luck and it's almost impossible to happen unless you happen to get incredibly lucky with the "more ships" pickups. And then again because of the raining gold pickup, your grabbers won't even pick the dropping ones up because they're too busy picking up 5 gold coins!

Holy **** the last level was tricky. 34 wasn't half as bad.

Terrible game and I got the Hard badge only because I'm really good at platformers. I could imagine other people having tons of problems. Biggest issue in this game is floaty controls and bullshit hitboxes.

Quite decent game. Here's quick tip on torture room. If you get under the 3 blue blocks and then drag 2 boxes (if you shoot a box with bone healer it will move TOWARDS you) right to the sides under the 3 blue boxes, all the skeletons will keep jumping on top of the 3 blue blocks ignoring the boxes. As for the poison mages, just heal the boxes with your Bone Healer and they will never break through. And don't forget to heal the blue blocks too, the poison mages shots sometimes stray there.

Game was too easy and too short. But overall decent game, good concept. I'm seeing a lot of people whining about game being too hard, USE THE SYMBIOSIS! Let your first plant reach level 1 and symbiosis the FU*K out of your new attacker plant and you NEVER have any problems. I found myself having most trouble trying to click the right state for the plant before I found out there's shortcuts to them.
