Is map generation supposed to take over 3 minutes? Looks like it's stuck...

The reasen is, that the map was on my old server but now the server doesn´t exist anymore. I recreated and upload it again. Here it is: http://www.kongregate.com/games/purecube/boundaries-of-truth-reload-part-1
