Seriusly theese freaking move order cards are a pain in the ass i just LOST a game cause i had too many turn order cards and it kept saying it would have no effect, and i could not play it but i had too many cards so i could not end turn, i had half the map and was about to win. this is the only bad thing about this game so far, but FAK this anoys me (had to rephrase myself), PLEASE make so i atleast can delete theese nonsense turn delay cards from my inventory !

If you don't want a card, just click the "Discard" button -- it's right below the "Play Card" button. You can always throw away cards :)
