I like this a lot... A couple suggestions, though:
When you want to upgrade a bunch, the tool tip telling you the price doesn't update unless you move your mouse off of the button and back on to it. I'm not sure you can fix that, but it would be nice.
Also, sometimes placing your heroes into the team layout thing just doesn't work. I'm not sure if there is some kind of mechanic limiting that, but there either needs to be an explanation of how that works or it needs to be fixed.

Lv up cost doesn't update is fixed. placing heroes into the team layout will be improving the operate to easy to use on later update
