Know what would be good? A click and drag highlight system to multi-select groups. When I want to group move I have to click each individual team :/ Also, those ghosts got me the first time. Thought new units of mine were appearing...
I'm with askhere. I like slowly building and then overwhelming. That being said, the star system is a genuine challenge, and you can't overpower with upgrades...it's hard but fun.
I always look forward to your game releases, keep up the good work man. It's a very good and tactical game. I just wish those damn enemies would stop setting fire to my shooter...
Framerate dropped like a bomb when I hit about 250 achievements, and no amount of reloading the game helped :( plus Firestarter 27 didn't seem to work for me...possibly linked to when the framerate dropped.
Apart from that, good addition to the AO series. Me likey.
At times it can be almost impossible to continue without luck on your hands. After the second boss I had a ridiculously long section of just D.Eagles dropping, and nothing useful. I doubt I'm going to be able to complete it without a minute long chaingun rain.
Probably the best one of these games you have made :) I enjoyed it. I appreciate that you have to have some way of earning money from the game, as well, and if there weren't so many big games on sale at the moment in stores then there would be a 50% chance that I might have bought the extra bits.
My only problem with the game is that on Paradox mode when going from V5 to V10 weapons, the upgrades each level for the weapons are mostly boring. I would have appreciated maybe a special upgrade for each weapon that would be different than the others. Somethoing like a strong rebound on the things fired from the "???" gun so that you could get a multi hit or something.
Otherwise: Good game, and people should have learnt by now to be careful with the upgrades to allow challenges to complete. Either that or maybe include the ability to turn perks on or off.
Class game. Shows how a Tower Defense game can be excellent. Only thing I would like is bonuses to gameplay from achievement unlocks (like 2% extra range/damage for certain achievements etc), otherwise it#s pretty much flawless, just wish there wish there were more levels :D
I don't understand why you all want visual cues to show when pieces match. If the two sides that touch each other match, then...they match. What more do you want? A "WELL DUN U CAN PUT TWO FINGS TOGEVER!" sign?
Also, definitely an improvement on Continuity, well done :)
It's a very popular request, but it is too late to do such big thing now, sorry. It will be in the sequel, without doubts.
