If you want to make fast Progress, mass up artifacts and pray you'll get one with "+x% Gold per click". I don't know what those percentages are based on, but even +0.5% means ALOT of Gold.
on the axis campaign, the difficulty on "hard" is álmost a nice curve... and then you get to the Bordeaux Level.
And just when you think you finally managed everything hard, Raseborg Castle is just the same that too, except the enemy has 3 times as much everything and spawns multiple heroes to attack you at once. have fun.
