Why this game is so laggy, I can record Fallout 4 New Vegas with more than 30 fps and this game lags, and cuts, really annoying, no quality button either

bloody bugs, i just managed to upgrade all of my bumerang and bloody game had some problem, now im 15000 bloons down, because my upgrade reset. 1.

Loled when i read those comments with - 126level and cant beat last level - I beat it when i was 104. Try to do it with only blue and orange gem.
