A lot of bugs, a lot of vital information missing and appears to have quite a few issues with balancing the forces for the war. Was trying to play it and the team I'm on has 3 people that seem to be playing and the other team has 8 all of which seem to have better mechs. The clicks don't always go through either costing the bonus credits at the end.
Final Boss is pretty simple, those having trouble try using all Beer Guys, their stacked ability granting 400% damage does more damage than other skills in the long run. About 30 at level 20 does the trick, the non-unit powers needn't be leveled at all using this strategy so save the money to raise your glory level quicker for more units.
Everybody just uses legendary heroes or the lower rarities for garrison, it'd be nice to have restricted bases that encouraged people to be discriminant on which lower rarity heroes they hire and add a little more diversity than the same 10 or so legendary heroes people use based on who they're lucky enough to roll. I'd even take them having their initial purchase done gems. Would give some wiggle room to adding higher tiers of the AI modes without needing to increase the level cap further putting normal troops behind heroes or increasing the strain on honor just to get one team to useable levels.
For the armor to be useful a simple change to make units impassable by units of another faction would help and likewise if they're on even ground with the target they're shooting they can't target people behind the front unit, then you could make one character a tank character and have use for the AP sucking armor. Other than that it'd be nice to have specializations and maybe make weapons cost AP to wield to improve the lighter arms a bit, but give out a little more max AP through unit level ups or better gear that needs a certain level before being able to use it.

I'd also like to see a little larger game grid with an Orange character that fills the buffing character archetype just to round out the color wheel and have 100%, 50%, 25%, and 0% respectively. Maybe a group buff and single buff for skills
In terms of puzzle games I liked it aside from the lag. I got the feeling that the Warrior and Barbarian ended up being a little stronger than the rest for no real reason. I'd propose vary them a tad more. Let the thief do 25% to colors opposite, let the Hunters normal attacks hit everybody in the back row and give the wizard double mana gain, but reduce the number of tiles his healing affects for balance reasons so you can use it more often, but maybe not heal quite as much as I found myself needing a heal to survive and then over-healing sometimes especially early on, or I found instances where I'd like to heal but it simply costs too much too squander on just a few tiles which is a credit to bad luck and then you have to rely on a healing potions in those instances and gold is kind of hard to come by (again early on) to waste on consumables.
As long as we're posting suggestions I'd like the ability to move the hero with the WASD keys it's not a stretch since they have no functionality anyway and it'd give the option to free up the mouse a little since it's used for everything. The hotkey is much appreciated from the older version though.
There needs to be a defense stat instead of the shield doing a straight damage mitigation. As it stands increasing health by 20% or reducing dmg by 20% is exactly equal since the increased health allows the unit to essentially take 20% more dmg aswell. Regen is increased with more life, but regen on a unit with the damage mitigation gets the same increased benefit.

Basically never remove the Scorpion Tail or Caterpillar Treads, the Caterpillar treads usually kill to quickly on kill x mob missions so Bird Legs or Insect legs make good substitutes.
Fav Combos *= top choices
*1) Cursed Golem/Wanderer Golem - High resist
*2) Golem Magus - Med resist w/ above 100 fire resist the inferno spell heals you and does damage to the enemies too, very useful
3) Atlantian/Kitilid Magus - 2 types of spells
4) Celestrian Lightwielder - Heal spell + blood line
*5) Vampire Fighter - extra armor + start on desirable stats
6)Cursed Demon - Garuanteed fire dmg w/ rndm elemental dmg
Having only a touchpad to work with I was a bit annoyed, IMO it's very luck dependent more than actual skill since if you get a good run with 3 it goes pretty slow. On the run I got the hard badge with I was fortunate enough to get to that had the exact same path (same angle, same speed etc) so it was pretty easy to just follow them and always have atleast two. Might be something you want to look into trying to fix
The sword seems a bit overpowered in survival mode now what with being able to do well over 50 dmg on a normal hit and consequently 150 dmg on a crit since the stun basically nets you a free swing.
HarvestSun has the upgrades right, but a high accuracy bonus is more than the 2500 you'll get from not shooting though breaking their ship lowers the gold you can loot off of them once you have max crew you can afford to fire a few shots while boarding the opposing vessel to ensure you have 100% accuracy at lower cost to the gold the give than the bonus you'll receive later.
I found it amusing that if you don't mind sitting there all day if you plug every space with goblins on max patrol and use a ranged hero behind the fodder you can win on any level that doesn't deal area of effect damage without even watching the screen making sure you account for the ghosts. It even works on the last level, but Liches are a good idea to area of effect the inevitable clogging
