Not a big issue, but it seems that once you earn a medal, the message will flash saying you've gotten it every time you enter the campaign screen, only stopping if you let the message flash by, and then play a campaign mission (without leaving that screen first). It's only really noticeable once you've beaten the game, since at that point you'll probably only enter the campaign screen to get at the blacksmith and you also will have accrued a large number of medals between beating the game and playing endless mode, and it doesn't really have any negative effects other than being annoying, so it doesn't need to be a crucial issue for you to fix.
That being said, I really enjoyed the game and played through even past the point of having max level, so I'd say you did a good job of creating an entertaining game.
This is something I've always been meaning to fix. The reason behind this is that when medals displayed, they aren't immediately added to the list that checks if that medal was displayed. They are added to the "displayed list" when the medal notification starts to remove off the screen. So if you quickly start a new world while your medal is popping up on the World Map, it doesn't have time to register that medal as having been displayed because it didn't have a chance to start its removal process. Kind of hard to explain, but that's why it happens! Regardless, glad you had fun with the game. Many thanks!
To anyone who isn't being rewarded with the trophy for completing all bronze/silver/gold/platinum/whatever trophies when you should have it: the trophy won't be awarded until you start a new round, and if one of them is required for another (ex. you need the trophy for all platinum trophies to get the trophy for having all other trophies) you'll have to start the game, quit, and then start again.
