Hi SworzTown, I can only suggest you to try to play on a completely different device, since the one you are using is clearly misconfigured somehow. Is that a possibility?
Hi again SworzTown, did you try loading the game from a different device or browser? This must be something related to your current setup since the game loads just fine in all Mac and PC devices.
Hi again, then it must be something regarding either your Internet connection or some kind of configuration (adblocker, antivirus) on your device. We can only suggest you to try to re-install the flash player and try again, there's nothing much we can do about it SworzTown.
Hi SworzTown, can you please try cleaning your browser's cache or finally try to play (temporarily) from a different device to try to isolate the issue here?
I see, perhaps it's an Adobe AIR issue then, does that make sense? This usually happens when a) you don't have Adobe Flash Player properly installed on your browser (https://get.adobe.com/es/flashplayer/) b) you may have an Ad Blocker plugin running. Could any of those be the case?. Please give any of those steps a try and get back to us with the results!
Hi SworzTown, that usually happens under specific circumstances, we do not have track of any downtime on the server from the last days. Could you please make sure your antivirus isn't blocking our game? It happened before, also, if that does not work I'd recommend trying with a different browser. Please give those steps a try and get back to us if you still find any issues loading the game. Thanks for your patience!
Ok, could you try please switching browser? Also make sure to have your antivirus disabled, most of the times that's the issue. Please get back to us and let us know if that's working for you.
Hi there, which browser are you using? Does it happen the same when switching browsers? Also, could you let us know which OS are you running the game from?
Hi SworzTown, this usually happens when a) you don't have Adobe Flash Player properly installed on your browser (https://get.adobe.com/es/flashplayer/) b) you may have an Ad Blocker plugin running or c)perhaps a quite strong and non-permissive anti-virus running on your computer. Could any of those be the case? In any way, I'd suggest you to try using a different browser to try to figure out what the problem is. Please give any of those steps a try and get back to us with the results! Thanks!
