In story 1 it took approximately 15 days to cap all the heroes. In story 2, it took almost 11 days to cap. This is mostly because the heroes' attacks carried into the 2nd part and allowed them to hit harder.
Similar to story 1, I'd be 1 or 2 parts from completely finishing the story while having capped heroes.

After getting the 7th column of heroes, you'll end up having way too much more ooze than you'll ever need. Maybe ooze needs another use for it like increasing a hero's armor attacking property
@Silva
Is your hero groups balanced?
I can confirm by a 3rd observation that the hp/armor hp ratio is not balanced right now

In the early part to story 2, the armor fortification hp was quite balanced, but in the late game when your group is in the 60+ to 70+, the hp and armor hp ratio is unbalanced. Don't need a nerf to the hp, but a buff to the armor hp so. I'm on the 5th part of story 2 unlocking the 3rd piece and the cube had 2m hp left with 0 armor hp when I came to check today.
So on Feb 25th, I used CCleaner that ended up wiping the previous progress I had, which was capped heroes and coins/ooze
Was disappointed by that but decided to see how long it would take to get back.
I'd play this game for about 5-10 minutes then come back every 4 to 20 hrs, once to twice a day.
I'd keep the heroes near the same level aiming for the boost intervals at 11,21...91 and such.
Until I unlocked the 7th row of heroes I'd have a constant deficit of ooze, but that completely reversed once they were unlocked and leveled.
Today, after 15 days I finally got back to the previous progress I had.
wowsa! will look into it
