Tried saving and loading, I'm still stuck I guess I'll have to start again

I don't understand how you got trapped behind the tailor, there's no way to walk behind him. Unfortunately, I can't fix something I can't even imagine, much less reproduce :(
I just trapped myself behind the dress maker guy..... can't get out, can't continue, please fix
