@drstrange69 I believe I was around when some of the first couple were released. For me, it was fine, they were nice, quick, funny games. But now that flash is dead, and Kong doesn't have much to rely on. It's becoming frustrating to continuously play through this particular series of games "every week/every other week."
The game works on Google Chrome if you have that. Though I did have to refresh for it to properly load. The badge also rewards properly after completing the tutorial. It is kind of long, but teaches you all you need to know about how to progress in the game without trial and error.
If you intend to continue playing, don't forget to check your mailbox. There's some gems in one of the letters.
@azmondiel make sure to take a screenshot of you completing the game with your account name present somewhere, and report it to kongregate so you can receive credit.
This was a nice game. The only issue I had with it was that the score took up a lot of the scene space. The size of the game is already small, so the score seemed even larger than it might have otherwise. As more enemies appeared, it made it a bit more difficult to see my reticle. I tried hard to avoid being too close to it.
@xrypton maybe this is their attempt to run us off. Most people have the easy badges, fewer have the medium or hard badges. Not sure I'm going to try any more. Supernova didn't load this, today's, or yesterday's game. So another shiny badge I'll miss. On top of that, this week or the one before was supposed to be when they did html games...
I really don't understand the control choices for this game. There's nothing attached to the "e" key, yet the buttons for push are so far from the arrow keys and wasd. @_@ With the only exception being "z," but that's a terrible spot if you're using wasd.
Press esc to leave to quit a match after you've gotten your 15 kills. If you're stuck on the tutorial, go back and make sure every area's text is green to show you completed it. Once they're all green, you'll be able to leave the tutorial. This was an okay botd. Sure the game was dead, but all of us trying to go for the badge means it currently has players. I imagine as long as you're not waiting until the last minute, you shouldn't have any problem getting into a lobby long enough to get your 15 kills.
I already played and beat the game before, but Kong didn't register that. But the game is short and easy, so not hard to do it again. Still... how many other games does it not remember me playing...
I would have preferred an inventory, accidentally sold my better boots equipping something "weaker" because I was trying to make sure I hit the bad guy nearby. That or maybe a confirmation of our item pick.
