What I absolutely love about this game is that, even though it has a unique take on Tetris with B-style and the achievements, but I can also play regular Tetris if I want.
Man, when I saw the screen that said "End", I thought, "It's a trick. It's not the end of the game." Then, as the credits started to roll I thought, "No! It can't be the end! There's too much more awesome to be had here!"
Okay, so I have realized that all the other little blob things are not players who are on at the moment, but recordings of previous players' games. How do I know this? Seeing my own username up there in a different position from myself while I am playing. Once I saw myself showing up twice, I realized I have been playing this way too much.
Very nice job, nice and addicting. 5/5
Having a way for the achievement to be saved instead of needing to do them all over again every single time would be good, considering that's how most games are.
To all who say this is just a copy of Crush the Castle, wise up. This game is made by Armor Games. Crush the Castle is made by Armor Games. This is not some BS copy. It is simply a game made in the SAME SERIES as Crush the Castle by the SAME PEOPLE.
Fantastic game. I liked the fact that I, as a general non-gamer, could play it but still had to think about what I was doing. The controls worked for me. A lot of shooter games don't work, since I have a laptop and the mousepad can be awkward with games like this, but this one was good.
The best part about it was the story. I loved the dialogue. That's the kind of thing I wish I had written. I agree that more of this would be great. If not about Jack, or even this world, something similar to it would be fantastic.
Oh, and about a gravity detector. It's called the speed at which you're moving. If you're going fast, you're being pulled toward something. Watch for it. Stop whining.
Okay, since when are video or computer games supposed to be easy? People are complaining because it's too hard and they keep crashing, but that's the point of the game. While an easy win is nice sometimes, there's a feeling of accomplishment you get when you beat a game that you KNOW is hard to win. I'd rather have that over a nerfed AI that I can beat any time. This is a great game, and the fact that it's really hard, and that I still haven't beaten level two, contributes to that.
If you could make a sequel with more levels, that would be fantastic. Perhaps add the possibility for more types of weapons, too. This games gets a 5/5 with me.
Oh, and whatnow47, if you look in the background, there are silhouettes of giant robots that are destroying the city. With that and the jet that fly by, my guess is that it's a sort of War of the Worlds situation.
A tip: try to land on the building closer to the beginning of them rather than toward the center. There were a few times where I landed right on top of the nuke as it landed or missed an object I needed to slow myself down.
Fantastic game. 5/5
